Terms and Conditions


In order to return an item, you must obtain a Returned Material Authorization RMA number. You may follow the RMA Request link on our website www.davandisplay.com where you will be prompted for information.

Note: Your return will not be processed if you do not provide all required information.

Products returned for reasons other than defective, are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Likewise, products which are returned as defective and later tested to be non-defective are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Credit for damaged or abused products will not be issued.

Certain custom orders may not qualify for cancellation or return. This order type will be identified on your Proforma Invoice, Invoice or Packing Slip.

Any package that has not been received by Davan Display Solutions and tracking information or proof of delivery cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Given that your return conforms to this policy, you will receive a full refund less shipping and credit card fees, if any. Shipping costs incurred while returning a product will not be refunded.

Damaged Merchandise

LCD panels are fragile, in some instances, damage is not visible until it has been installed and powered up. Please retain original packaging until such time as you have tested and verified that your merchandise has not been damaged in transit. If your shipment should arrive damaged, please replace damaged items in the original packaging and contact us at sales@davandisplay.com.

It is required to retain the original packing to file a freight claim.
